Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co specializes in organic, farm fresh fare. We do many things including a microbrewery, full service coffeeshop, bakery, and farm to table restaurant. You can find a weekly rotating menu with wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads, small plates, soups, craft beer, regional wines, hard cider, artisan breads, baked goods, fresh drinks, loose leaf tea, espresso and coffee.

We source as much of our food as possible from local organic producers. Our coffee and teas are organic and fair trade. Our menu changes weekly, sometimes daily as farmers bring in new produce - it's fresh, simple, and based on what is available locally in each season. We look forward to serving you great food and beer!

Wood-Fired Bread┃Our rotating selection of wood-fired bread are 100% sourdough (besides challah). Bread is usually out of the oven by 10:30am and we accept phone orders for that days bread selection. We offer small loaves for $5.25 and large loaves for $8.50. Additionally, we make Walnut Sourdough sandwich bread daily and occasionally have extra loaves of ciabatta and/or focaccia for sale.

We serve locally roasted Remedy Supply Co. Coffee. We have a selection of espresso beverages, drip coffee, and other specialty beverages. Drinks containing milk may be made using Whole Milk, 2% Milk, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, or Half & Half.
